HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery and get real-time updates on its whereabouts.

We want you to love your purchase from PrettyWhenever, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Easy Returns
We offer hassle-free returns on all eligible items within 15 days of delivery. To initiate a return, simply follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at (hello@prettywhenever.co.uk) to request a return authorisation or alternatively send us a message via instagram @pretty.whenever. Please do not send any items to us without requesting a refund first as you items will not be accepted.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging, ensuring it’s in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip inside the package.
- Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method of your choice. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If everything checks out, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
